Frequently asked questions
Clear answers before the first briefing.
The practical limits matter: eligibility can change, delivery cannot be guaranteed, and platform policy always controls.
What does Advertise for AI do?
We are an independent specialist studio for conversational advertising. Our work covers opportunity and eligibility assessment, intent architecture, campaign structure, creative systems, landing-page continuity, launch support and ongoing learning.
Are you affiliated with OpenAI?
No. Advertise for AI is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by OpenAI. OpenAI makes all platform, advertiser, ad-review and delivery decisions.
Can you guarantee that an ad will appear beside a specific prompt or conversation?
No. Contextual inputs and campaign settings may guide relevance, but delivery is controlled by the platform, auction, availability, safeguards and review systems. We do not promise adjacency to a specific conversation.
Do advertisers receive people’s ChatGPT conversations?
No. We do not seek or receive private user conversations. Campaign planning uses advertiser-provided information, public evidence, contextual themes and the reporting made available to the advertiser.
Which categories can you work with?
Our preferred early-stage categories are consumer and household goods, local services, travel and experiences, and digital products or education. Restricted categories require a separate eligibility review. Prohibited categories are declined.
Can you work with financial or healthcare advertisers?
Potentially, but only after geography, licensing, advertiser approval and category-specific requirements are confirmed. OpenAI’s current policy applies stricter, case-by-case rules and generally restricts these services outside the United States.
Do you work with legal services?
We take a conservative approach. Direct legal advice, representation and document-preparation services are not accepted. General legal education may be assessed where it does not offer legal services.
What do you need to begin?
The company identity, market, offer, destination URL, campaign objective, available evidence for claims, target geography and a realistic pilot budget.
How long does the first engagement take?
An opportunity review normally takes around three working weeks. Architecture, creative and launch timing then depends on the number of markets, territories, assets and destination changes.
What is included in reporting?
A decision-led summary covering delivery, context coverage, creative signal, efficiency, destination continuity, conversion where available, experiments and clear next actions.
Can you guarantee results?
No. We can improve the quality of strategy, creative, destinations and learning, but we do not guarantee platform availability, approval, placement, reach, clicks, conversions or commercial outcomes.
How are policy changes handled?
We review the current official policy during intake and again before launch. The official platform policy always controls, and a material change may require revisions, a pause or a change in scope.
